A Pioneer in Modern Facial Rejuvenation
In the elite field of aesthetic and reconstructive facial surgery, Dr. Bashar Bizrah stands as a global authority and pioneer. With over 30 years of surgical experience and more than 5,000 facelift procedures to his name, he has redefined the standards of facelift and neck lift surgery. Practicing between London and Dubai, he has become the trusted choice for patients worldwide who seek natural, youthful, and long-lasting results.
Unparalleled Surgical Experience
- Over 5,000 facelift procedures successfully performed.
- Mastery of both primary and complex revision facelift and neck lift surgeries.
- Internationally recognized as a world leader in advanced facelift surgery.
This unmatched surgical volume provides patients with the confidence that their transformation is guided by one of the most experienced hands in the world.
The Advanced “Three-Story” Deep Plane Facelift
Dr. Bizrah is one of the few surgeons worldwide to specialize in the extended deep plane facelift, also known as the three-story facelift:
- Simultaneously lifts the forehead, midface (cheeks), and full neck, addressing all facial layers in a single procedure.
- Provides long-lasting, natural results by repositioning underlying tissues rather than relying on surface tension.
- Restores youthful contours without the “pulled” or artificial appearance often associated with traditional facelifts.
Safety Through Innovation – Facial Nerve Monitoring
Patient safety is at the core of Dr. Bizrah’s philosophy. He employs an advanced facial nerve monitoring system during every facelift to ensure maximum protection of delicate facial nerves.
- Minimizes the risk of nerve injury.
- Ensures precise dissection and safer outcomes.
- Offers patients peace of mind and confidence in their surgical journey.
Local Anesthesia with Sedation & Endoscopic Techniques
Unlike many surgeons who rely solely on general anesthesia, Dr. Bizrah is a pioneer in performing facelifts under local anesthesia with sedation:
- Safer and more comfortable for patients.
- Faster recovery and reduced downtime.
- Enhanced precision during surgery.
In addition, he integrates endoscopic techniques for greater accuracy and minimally invasive access, reducing trauma and improving healing.
Scar-Minimizing Wound Closure
A hallmark of Dr. Bizrah’s facelift approach is his delicate under-skin wound closure technique.
- Ensures minimal and virtually invisible scars.
- Maintains the natural texture and appearance of the skin.
- Allows patients to enjoy their rejuvenated look with complete confidence.
Academic Leadership & Global Mentorship
Beyond the operating room, Dr. Bizrah is deeply committed to education and training:
- Author of textbooks and scientific chapters on facelift and facial plastic surgery.
- Mentor in Facial Plastic Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, guiding the next generation of surgeons.
